A dedicated app for working artists

The Nishaad Art app is built for independent musicians focused on building their online presence. You subscribe to a plan, then use monthly credits to produce Studio Tracks — we create the instrumental, you record vocals in our studio, we mix and master, and deliver you the finished Studio Track. The app also handles posters, video shoots, photos, and growth tools — all from one place. Available on web and mobile, with the entire workflow powered by AI.

Your plan activates as soon as your payment is confirmed, and your monthly credits become available on the app. Here's the step-by-step journey for every Studio Track produced through Nishaad Art:

1. Request the instrumental. You request a Studio Track through the app. Our team begins producing the custom instrumental of your chosen song.

2. Instrumental delivered. The completed instrumental is delivered to you on the app. If you'd like changes, you can request a revision (revision credits are limited per plan).

3. Poster pack — anytime in parallel. At any point after the track request — even before the song is fully ready — you can request your poster pack to start pre-promotion of the upcoming release.

4. Book your studio session. Once all instrumentals in your monthly plan are ready, you can book your vocal recording session through the app:

• 2-song plan — one half-day studio session
• 5-song plan — two half-day sessions, or one full-day session

You choose based on your convenience and studio availability.

5. Studio recording day. On your booked day, vocal recording happens for all songs as per your plan. Important: come fully prepared — all your songs rehearsed and ready on the booking day.

6. Video shoot (if included). If your plan includes performance videos, they're shot on the same day right after vocal recording — for the songs recorded that day. Video shooting happens inside the studio while you perform. We do not shoot videos outdoors.

7. Mix, master, and deliver. After your recording day, our team mixes and masters your tracks and delivers the final Studio Tracks on the app. Revisions can be requested here too (subject to revision credits).

8. Video delivery. Once the song is delivered, the corresponding performance video is also delivered through the app.

9. Social media kit. Along with each finished track, you'll receive ready-to-use promotional content on the app:

• Poster designs
• Video title
• YouTube thumbnail
• Video description
• Instagram caption
• Relevant hashtags

Ready to copy, paste, and post on your social channels.

Audio plans deliver fully-produced songs — instrumental tracks, vocals, mixed and mastered. Video plans include everything in Audio plus a real performance video shot at our studio (single camera + gimbal, edited and ready for social media).

Remote plans (Remote Starter — ₹3,000 for 2 tracks, and Remote Plus — ₹7,000 for 5 tracks) are for artists who want to record from home. You record your vocals on the Mobile DAW over the instrumental we produce, and send them to us — we then convert your raw vocals to studio quality, mix, master, and deliver the finished track. These are audio-only plans (no performance video).

Before you start, we need clean raw voice studio samples from you. You can provide these in one of two ways:

• Come in to the Nishaad Art recording studio and record your samples with us, or
• Send clean raw studio samples you already have.

Once we have your samples, your first song request can be made 3 days later — this lets our team set up your voice profile so your remote recordings come out at their best. Everything else (credits, revisions, monthly reset) works exactly like the Audio plans.

One poster pack per track. So if your plan includes 2 tracks, you get 2 poster packs. If it's 5 tracks, you get 5 poster packs. Each poster pack contains cover art and social-ready sizes — designed for your dedicated track releases.

Through the Photo Gallery section of the Nishaad Art app, you can submit a request for show posters — just share your event details (date, venue, theme), and our design team creates promotional posters using your artist photos. Perfect for announcing gigs on Instagram, WhatsApp status, or event pages.

These are separate from Poster Packs (which are bundled with track releases).

Poster Pack = cover art for your dedicated track releases (one pack per track in your plan). Bundled with each release.

Show posters = promotional posters for your upcoming shows, gigs, concerts, and events. Available as a separate request through the Photo Gallery section of the app. Useful for artists who perform live and need event-specific promotional material.

Opportunities are paid client projects. When a brand or client books a production with us, our team selects the most suitable artists from our community based on voice, style, and project fit.

Qualifying for paid Opportunities is curated — selection depends on your voice samples, recordings on the platform, and how well you match the project's requirements. You earn separately for these projects, on top of your subscription.

Your monthly credits become available as soon as your plan activates (on payment) and reset with each monthly renewal. Unused credits don't roll over. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase quotas.

Nishaad Art produces complete Studio Tracks. Here's the workflow: we produce a custom instrumental of the song you want to record, you record vocals over it in our studio, and we mix and master it into a finished, ready-to-use track delivered to you on the app.

The song you choose to record is your decision. If it happens to be a cover of an existing song, please read the rights guidance in the FAQs below — obtaining any rights or permissions needed for an existing song is your responsibility.

If you fully own the track — for example, an original composition where you hold all the rights — it's yours to use anywhere: social media, streaming platforms, or commercially.

However, if your track is a cover of an existing song, the underlying composition still belongs to its original songwriters and publishers. In that case you can share it on social media for your own promotion:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Twitter / X
• YouTube
• WhatsApp status
• And similar social media channels

But for a cover, you cannot (without first obtaining the necessary rights):

• Upload to streaming apps or sites (Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, etc.)
• Use it commercially
• Earn money from it in any way
• Sell it to anyone

This is because a cover uses the composition of an existing song, and those rights belong to the original songwriters and publishers — see the next FAQ for the full breakdown of rights.

1. Sound / production rights — yours.
The recording, mix, master, and visuals we produce belong to you. You can freely use them on your own social media channels (as described in the FAQ above).

2. Composition rights — depends on the song.
If you record an original composition you own, you hold these rights too, and the finished track is fully yours to use anywhere. But if your track is a cover of an existing song, the underlying composition (melody, lyrics) still belongs to the original songwriters and publishers — neither we nor you hold those rights.

So if your track is a cover, using it commercially without permission from the original rights holders is not allowed — this includes release on streaming platforms, paid licensing, monetization, or selling the track. If you are requesting a cover, obtaining the necessary rights or licenses for that song is your responsibility.
